Try it nowSet Up Your First Workspace
A workspace is the central hub for your team's scheduling. From the dashboard, click Create Workspace, give it a name and an optional description.
- You automatically become the owner of the workspace
- Owners can manage settings, members, roles, and permissions
- Each workspace has its own calendar, teams, tags, and integrations
Choose a clear workspace name that reflects your organization or project — you can always change it later in settings.
Invite Your Team
Navigate to Members in the workspace sidebar and click Invite. Enter the email addresses of your colleagues — they'll receive an invitation link via email.
Invited members can accept from their dashboard or directly from the email. You can assign roles when inviting:
- Admin — can manage teams, events, and members
- Member — can create events and participate in scheduling
Create Your First Event
Open the Calendar page and click on any time slot, or use the Create Event button. Fill in the event details:
- Title and optional description
- Start and end time
- Participants from your workspace members
- Team assignment for color-coding
- Tags for categorization and filtering
- Recurrence rules for repeating events (daily, weekly, custom)
- Video conferencing link (Google Meet or Microsoft Teams)
You can also drag on the calendar grid to quickly create events with a specific time range.
Explore Calendar Views
Use the view switcher in the calendar header to toggle between Day, Week, and Month views.
Day View
See a detailed hour-by-hour breakdown of a single day. Multi-day and all-day events appear in a dedicated section at the top. Swipe or use arrow keys to navigate between days.
Week View
A seven-day grid that shows your team's full schedule at a glance. Events are color-coded by team, and overlapping events are stacked side by side with smart collision detection. Swipe horizontally to move between weeks.
Month View
A traditional calendar grid for long-range planning. Multi-day events span across days with continuous bars. Scroll vertically to navigate between months.
All views share these capabilities:
- Drag and drop to move events between time slots
- Resize events by dragging their edges
- Filters in the sidebar to show/hide specific teams or members
- Keyboard navigation for quick access (press

Open your workspace and explore the calendar.
Try it nowYour First 15 Minutes
Here's what a typical onboarding looks like for a team of five:
- Minute 1–2: Sign up and create a workspace called "Acme Design Studio"
- Minute 3–4: Create two teams — "Designers" and "Project Managers" — and pick distinct colors
- Minute 5–7: Invite your four colleagues by email
- Minute 8–10: Set your working hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm, Fridays until 3pm)
- Minute 11–13: Create your first event — a weekly team sync on Mondays at 10am
- Minute 14–15: Connect your Google Calendar so existing meetings show up as busy time
By the time your colleagues accept their invitations, your workspace is ready. They just need to set their working hours and connect their calendars.
